Kelley has the ability to cut through the drama and politics that are a natural part of every business and help her clients get to the core of their organizational issues. Kelley leads through partnership and connection with her clients. She has an unwavering ability to develop the path necessary for clients to achieve growth and success. Through her compassionate approach, she encourages a high level of focus and authentic effort that results in consistently clear outcomes. She has practical solutions and strategies to address and resolve the internal problems that can undermine the success of an organization. Her emphasis on change management and the accountability necessary to adjust behaviors and navigate through obstacles makes Kelley an incredible coach dedicated to getting the most beneficial outcomes for her clients.
Kelley has designed and facilitated professional interventions for a variety of clientele ranging from small family businesses to Fortune 100 companies. Kelley has the ability to tailor her coaching for clients on an individual basis to client teams on a global scale. Kelley holds a Bachelor’s degree in communications with an emphasis in Human Resource Development from the University of California, Davis and a minor in Psychology, which she received at the University of Lund in Sweden. MATTHEW RYGGWith more than 20 years of management and executive leadership experience in small and large organizations, Matt is committed to helping people and teams identify obstacles, and acquire the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to solve complex problems. As an experienced facilitator and project manager, Matt approaches his work in a highly collaborative way that draws upon the expertise and strengths of his clients while supporting them with additional insights and strategies to achieve sustained organizational change. Areas of expertise include: organizational design and development, executive coaching, DEI planning, staff relations, performance improvement, leadership development, and mediation and conflict resolution.
Matt is driven by inquisitiveness and a desire to see people and organizations grow, learn, and develop into a transformative force in their industry and communities. He strives to create a culture that is equitable, authentic, and inclusive for all people. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in business administration and human resource management from Pacific Lutheran University, a Master’s degree in college student services administration with an emphasis in counseling from Oregon State University, and his Doctorate of philosophy in higher education administration with an emphasis in executive leadership from Bowling Green State University. |

Monika adds incredible depth to our Human Resources bench and our clients can expect a positive working experience with her. Monika is whip smart, has an amazing attention to detail and last but not least you will quickly learn she has a fantastic sense of humor. Monika is our go-to person for policy and handbook creation and maintenance, position descriptions and career mapping, employee relations and personnel guidance, resume reviews and revisions, performance evaluations, and local, state and federal compliance.
Monika connects with clients in a personal way and removes the unfortunate stigma that Human Resources sometimes receives, providing a professional yet supportive and fun way to do business. Her focus is to be an advocate for the business as well as the employees who allow the business to run. Monika holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon. |
TAMMY ECKConsultant
Tammy has more than 10 years in the Human Resource field and has provided HR leadership at Charles Schwab and Vision Service Plan. Tammy has the ability to see the big picture when the picture seems fuzzy. While working in fast paced, large corporate human resource organizations, Tammy developed her expertise in coaching and counseling leaders and employees and moving them towards problem resolution. Her ability to work with an array of professionals from novice leaders to seasoned managers in the areas of performance management and accountability is impactful and influential. She has managed team and leadership interventions and designed and facilitated supporting programs. In addition to the stellar strategies Tammy uses within the coaching arena, she has an incredible ability to facilitate team sessions in DISC, MBTI and management skills. Tammy is effective in balancing business needs with company policies and procedures and employment law to manage complex people related issues.
Tammy's ability to identify the needs and desires of our clients gives her the empathetic touch that clients appreciate and respect. With an incredible attention to detail, Tammy approaches each project effectively with care, stability and positivity. JENNIFER THOMSENDirector of Operations
Jennifer is a true Oregonian, born and raised in the Portland area. Jennifer embodies the exceptional customer service ethos that Clarity Consulting Group strives to deliver. She is the consummate professional, consistently supporting and providing our clients by putting the necessary pieces together in order to have a well oiled machine. Jennifer brings organization and enthusiasm to her projects and is delighted to support Clarity Consulting’s clients by providing a wide range of administrative and coordination services. She is the nucleus of our team by serving as the central point of contact and brain power to navigate through the long hours, last minute changes, and requests. Her positive attitude is contagious and makes each interaction with her enjoyable.
It was our lucky day when Jennifer joined us to give Kelley and the team their nights, weekends and sanity back and to allow her the flexibility to spend more time with her number one priority – her husband and 3 kids. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Oregon. |
