A decidedly different approach to Business Consulting

In 1993, Kelley Forseth started consulting because she felt there was a better way to care for clients and solve issues at all levels of an organization. Not impressed with the stereotypical consulting firms that push their solutions first, Kelley surrounded herself with like-minded consultants who shared her passion for working together with clients to create actionable change, and Clarity Consulting Group was born.

Clarity does not have a central office or expensive overhead to maintain. We work independently and travel to client sites when needed to minimize unnecessary costs. We partner with clients either as individual consultants or collaboratively as a team depending on the needs of the engagement, and can leverage our collective experience and talents to deliver services that get meaningful results. Our focus is on empowering our clients to succeed, and we celebrate when they feel confident and ready to move forward on their own after working with us.

Today we’re extremely proud of the role we’ve had in our clients’ success and continue to be guided by a set of core principles:

Be Direct.

You’ll find we’re refreshingly candid and honest. We tell it like it is. That’s because we know that everyone’s time is valuable, so we don’t waste it on things that may or may not work. We’d rather get right to the heart of the problem so that together, we can solve it. We often ask hard questions. Yet it makes it easier to get to where you want to be.

Be Accountable.

Make a promise, then keep it. It’s a pretty simple premise really. But all too often, consultants can get wrapped up with juggling too many teams and meetings at once. That’s why we take on a manageable level of clients and are laser-focused on them. We keep things moving along, so you can focus on moving forward.

Have a Plan that works.

Sometimes what looks good on paper isn’t always realistic or easy to implement. That’s why we work together with your team to put practical solutions in place that can be applied immediately and are not complicated. Partnering with everything from startups to nonprofits to blue chip companies, we know there’s no such thing as a one-size-fits-all strategy. You need to be flexible and so are we.

Always be an outsider

Don’t get us wrong. We’ve all worked inside companies, large and small, prior to consulting, so we know how to navigate them. But to really invoke change within an organization, you need to look from the outside in with a neutral eye. Have a fresh perspective on it all. Then we use our insights to guide clients in developing their own solutions.

Above All, Have Fun.

We all spend a lot of time at work so we should enjoy what we do and feel connected to those we do it with. It’s a philosophy that’s worked for us, and from what we’ve learned, it works for those we serve as well. Reaching your goals shouldn’t feel like a chore. It should be fun. Inspiring. Something that people can really get behind. Ready to get started? So are we.
